Project terms,
in plain language

These website terms explain the general rules for enquiries and proposals. The signed proposal controls the specific scope, price and schedule of each project.

Effective: 14 October 2026

1. About these terms

Nirvan Studio is a trading name of Nirvan Web Services Pvt. Ltd. These terms apply to this website and general enquiries. A project begins only when both sides accept a written proposal and the required start payment is received.

2. Scope and changes

The proposal lists deliverables, pages, features, revision rounds, responsibilities, milestones and support. Requests outside that scope are assessed separately. We begin extra work only after the added cost and timing are agreed in writing.

3. Client inputs and timing

Delivery dates depend on receiving required content, access, feedback and approvals on time. Delays in those inputs may move the schedule. We will communicate a revised milestone when a dependency changes.

4. Payments

Payments to Nirvan Studio are accepted through UPI only. The amount and due date are stated in the written proposal. Work may pause while an overdue payment or required approval remains outstanding.

5. Ownership and licences

Client accounts are set up in the client's name where practical. Approved project source files are handed over after final payment. Pre-existing tools and third-party software, fonts, themes, plugins, media and services remain subject to their own licence terms.

6. Third-party costs and services

Unless a proposal includes them, domain, hosting, paid software, stock assets, payment-gateway charges, advertising spend, courier or marketplace fees and applicable taxes are separate. Third-party availability, pricing and policies are controlled by those providers.

7. Review, approval and support

The client is responsible for reviewing names, prices, claims, legal text and other supplied business information before launch. The package's defect-support period covers correction of agreed work that does not operate as specified. New features, content additions and third-party changes are separate work.

8. Enquiries and contact

Submitting a website form prepares a WhatsApp message; the enquiry is sent only when the user sends it in WhatsApp. Questions can be sent to nirvanwspl@gmail.com or +91 90550 06262.
